With over a decade in residential AV and eight years in lighting design, Cody McCabe brings a refined blend of technical skill and aesthetic sense to every project. He has delivered more than 4,000 low-voltage redlines, contributing to the AV systems of over 25,000 homes. Cody specializes in luxury home theater design and distributed audio, crafting immersive, high-performance environments tailored to each client. His work also spans conferencing systems, from enterprise-scale setups to agile team spaces, and is backed by Crestron CTI and Elan certifications.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys painting, writing, and game design. He practices Historical European Martial Arts and can often be found at the local Renaissance Faire with his family.

As the Office Manager at AV Connect, Jessica oversees day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the business runs efficiently and clients receive timely, organized support. She coordinates scheduling, manages internal processes, and serves as a key liaison between team members and clients. With over 15 years’ experience in office management, her attention to detail and commitment to supporting both staff and customers make her an integral part of the team.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys time with her husband and son, experimenting with new recipes, dabbling in interior design, and seeing live music.

With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial AV installation, Christopher brings deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. He specializes in system design, smart home automation, lighting control, and high-end audio solutions. With a background in audio engineering and certifications in Lutron HomeWorks, RA3, and Elan, Christopher brings both technical depth and field experience to every project. In his free time, he co-produces music and DJs.

Kyren brings over a decade of hands-on experience and a down-to-earth, solutions-first mindset to every project. Certified in Control4, Savant, Elan G!, Crestron Home, Lutron, and Lutron HomeWorks, he combines technical expertise with a strong focus on customer service. Kyren specializes in home theaters and acoustic treatments, and he is passionate about designing smart, cohesive AV systems that elevate the client’s space. Whether solving a tricky problem or fine-tuning the perfect setup, Kyren keeps things smooth, efficient, and people-focused.

As Service Manager, Greg is the steady hand that keeps our systems running and our clients supported long after installation. With a deep understanding of both AV technology and customer care, he leads our service department with a focus on responsiveness, reliability, and long-term system health. From troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to client training and support, Greg ensures every system continues to perform at its best.

When he is not solving AV challenges, Greg enjoys disc golf, DIY projects, and designing and performing light shows for DJs and bands.

Devin Gunn is a Lead Technician with a focus on residential control system integration. He is a certified RA3 Lutron integrator and installs a range of advanced technologies, including Josh.ai voice automation. Known for his careful attention to detail, Devin approaches every project with precision and a commitment to quality.

Outside of work, he enjoys the challenge and excitement of simulated racing.

Clint Stoker is an effective problem-solver, bringing over two decades of hands-on AV experience to every project. As Senior Lead Technician, Clint oversees on-site installations and system integrations, making sure everything runs smoothly and meets the highest standards. He is highly skilled in troubleshooting, rack building, and commissioning complex AV systems across a range of environments, from high-end residential to executive boardrooms.

Outside of work, Clint enjoys spending time outdoors, and in the clouds.
